What if I told you your kid could get $1000 for getting an A? "Could" being the operative word here. Minnesota has several billion dollars just lying around, somehow. Tell them to use it. Use it to bribe your children to do their homework, that is. Hey, can you think of a better use? What else are they gonna do, fill potholes? There isn't enough money in the world at this point.
