Today's topic is steady state aerobic work. This is one of the most overlooked aspects of training for many of the athletes we see/work with. Why? Well, sometimes it can be pretty boring. But the boring, monotonous parts about training is often what separates good athletes from great athletes. The guys talk about parameters for this type of training for both athletes and patients, the underlying mechanisms that drive adaptation and how this benefits CrossFitters and other non-endurance athletes.
