Finding authenticity in the social media landscape is like finding a lush oasis in the middle of a barren desert.
While we do have the ability to curate our feeds, the algorithms and bots don’t make it easy to stay away from the garbage that distracts or upsets us.
So when you do find an account that is a positive person sharing their passions and actually adding value to your day, make sure you follow.
My guest today is Johnathan McCormick of Red Beard Outdoors, and he is a great example of this.
His podcast and social media pages have grown significantly in the last year, and we talk about why and how that happened.
Johnathan gives a lot of great insight into how he makes social media work for him without letting it consume his time and energy.
