For today's solo show we are hopping off the health and fitness train.
 
I often get asked for all kinds of Top 3 and Top 5 lists for random things so I thought today would be a fun day to get people all riled up.
 
We're going Top 3 Super Heroes and Villains, so I'm sure I'll get all kinds of messages about who I left off both lists and why my lists suck.
