Finding Me with Josh Wolf — Episode Show Notes
In today’s episode, Josh pulls back the curtain and talks about a new format for the show — where he wants to take it, how he wants it to feel, and why he’s making changes now.
But before anything gets too polished, Josh gets honest about something way more relatable: how insanely easy it is to fall back into old behavior, even when you know better, even when you’re actively trying to grow. He’s been catching himself sliding into patterns he’s REALLY trying to stop doing — and he breaks down what’s behind it, what triggers it, and what he’s doing to fight the autopilot version of himself.
And then… because life loves comedy… Josh admits he messed up his first attempt at recording the episode. Which is annoying on its own — except the redo (the mulligan) came with a plot twist: Josh was super high when he re-recorded it.
So yes — it’s an episode about change, growth, discipline, and self-awareness… but it’s also an episode about being human, screwing up, laughing at yourself, and still hitting “record” anyway.
