When a 30 year old woman disappears from her Delaware apartment, friends and family immediately knew something sinister had happened. She was the scheduling secretary for the Governor, she knew a lot of prominent people in politics. Her sister Kathleen also knew there was a man in her orbit that had been slowly draining the life out of her for the last 2 years. Kathleen was sure he had to be involved and she wouldn't stop pushing until he was brought down.
