Nicole Wells is a Community Development Officer at NCN Health in north-east Victoria where she is delivering the local Farm Community Connect project for farmers and her rural community. The project provides opportunities for rural communities to connect socially and build stronger networks to support each other during tough times.
This project is funded through Agriculture Victoria’s Smarter, Safer Farms program and is being delivered by the Department of Health and partner organisations.
