Description

What are you resisting in your life? Host Arlia Hoffman explored inner resistance as a valuable component of our psychological and spiritual selves, guiding and protecting our inner desires and needs rather than merely serving as an obstacle.
Resistance can signify important messages from our soul, and Arlia offered ways to approach it with curiosity, compassion, and patience.
Through the metaphor of a stone in a creek, she guided listeners through a meditation to relate to resistance as a natural and integral aspect of our being that, instead of opposing, should be understood, respected, and harmonized with.
She wrapped up with a reminder that help is always available through The Women’s Sanctuary, other helping professionals, or trusted friends.
