Working on your ego can be a tough and challenging process but also rewarding. As spiritual beings having a human experience, part of that is dealing with our triggers. Emotional triggers will happen daily but it is committing to working through them and not avoiding them. Setting yourself free from the pain and anxiety you feel after a trigger. This is a brief episode regarding this but I will be speaking more about unhealthy ego and our triggers. Expect some upcoming interviews, where I will be asking other spiritual women about their triggers and how they overcome them.
