Keith Stroup, Esq., the founder of The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), joins us in the second half of the program. NORML is a non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. that advocates for the reform of marijuana laws in the United States regarding both medical and non-medical use. Keith will give us the story of marijuana going back to the '70s and how NORML has affected the overall legalization of marijuana around the country.
