You can cope with Racism and Racial Trauma by:

Finding a role model

Talking about your experience

Naming what you are feeling as you feel it

Remind yourself that taking time to pause can improve your health

Connect with others who understand what you experience and can provide social supports

Identify your specific triggers

Consider getting involved in activism and problem solving
