The Chicago Bears have hired Ben Johnson and Chat Sports host Harrison Graham has a Bears Dream Offseason plan with Johnson at the helm. The latest NFL reports suggest that former Saints’ head coach Dennis Allen is the favorite to become the Bears defensive coordinator. Allen’s defenses in New Orleans were largely among the best in the league ranking Top 10 in EPA in most seasons. Also, Johnson should be given personnel power when it comes to the Bears offense, meaning he should be able to attack NFL Free Agency and the 2025 NFL Draft with his vision in mind. The Bears need to invest heavily in the offensive and defensive lines + upgrade the RB room.
