It’s been a big week in Pokémon GO with the release of Gigantamax Pokémon causing quite the stir. The Community sentiment over the mechanic is split, and it seems like community size plays a very important role. November is already here and we have our final month of Max Out in front of us. We will be having a very Raid heavy November as we work towards the Wild Area. With the return of many familiar Legendaries and a packed Raid Hour lineup, we will be very busy. The start of the month brings us GO Battle Weekend into the Harvest Festival. Could this be the calm before the storm?
The big news is the community sentiment over the release of GMAX> With large communities of 30+ having amazing activations, while others, are so down on the mechanic that they don’t even try. We have plenty to say on the topic, including an interesting take from Adam.
We also announce our social experiment, the New Hampshire Rural Community Project. This 6 month initiative is designed to build an organized community of Trainers in rural Rochester, New Hampshire. Stay tuned for details and progress over the next few months!
