Former NZ Prime Minister Helen Clark was head of the United Nations Development Programme until 2017, so she knows international institutions from the inside. She believes there has been a failure of global leadership, and she’s not afraid to call it out, or to criticise those she holds responsible, including US President Donald Trump.
