Description

In this solo episode, I’m talking about something most of us wrestle with at some point: when is it okay to quit? Whether it’s a book, a job, a goal, or a season of life, knowing when to push through and when to let go isn’t always clear, and it’s something I’ve been navigating personally.

I share the story of a book that triggered way more introspection than I expected, and how that led to deeper questions around alignment, identity, and even whether I still want to say yes to speaking gigs.

This is a conversation about redefining what resilience looks like, checking in with your gut, and giving yourself permission to pivot, even if it means walking away from something you once wanted.
