I know that as a rural woman, it is so hard to make and take time for ourselves. So in 2024 we’re going to change that! On today’s episode, I’m going to share my strategy for ditching the guilt and carving out my quiet/refresh time while juggling responsibilities. It is so important that we prioritize what fills our cup and find peace in the small things.
