We were asked in our Q&A if it was best to explore training/ nutrition with a guide book or with a coach.
In today’s episode we share our stories about lessons we have learnt from coaches (both positive and negative) and the recommendations we have to those who are unsure.
We discuss when it’s the right time to either reach out to a coach, or move on from their services if needed. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach therefore it’s important to take time to reflect on what you feel you may need in order to progress.
