After an incredible response to episode 63 with Dr. Stacy Sims, we reflect and recap on the important topics that were discussed… with our own takes and tangents of course.

We reiterate the importance of asking why and seeking to learn as much as we can as “trust the process” just doesn’t cut it anymore. 

We discuss our own personal signs and symptoms of our parts of our cycle and how we go about training during them. 



Food quality and quantity is so important when it comes to body composition and performance, so we highlight that whole foods are the way to go and a calculated “less is more” approach to training will always get us results while keeping us energised.



For the women pre/ post menopause, we follow on from Dr Stacy’s advice to “lift heavy shit” in order to maximise these times.
