We often hear about the power in saying “yes” but it’s equally, if not more valuable to be able to say “no thank you.”
These days, things are very fast paced and require a lot of our attention, so it’s important to be able to recognise when we need to set some boundaries in order to recharge.
These boundaries can be related to environment, levels of social interaction, mentally or physically.
We share some of the things we like to do in order to preserve our energy, so that when we show up, we can keep our passion, energy and excitement.
