Today we talk about the top 5 mistakes that are being made in the gym.

If you want to get the most out of your training you must not skip your warm up and activations. Prime your body ready for your session.

Exercise selection is key and finding the right tool for the right job. It is also important to not have too many conflicting goals.

Training without a program is like trying to find your destination without a map.. you will end up going around in circles leaving things to chance.

Training intensity is also extremely important. Are you training too hard or not hard enough?

We have had years of trial and error and going through these ourselves, so we are glad we can remove some of the guess work for you all.
