Alex Soto joins us as the newest Super Papá inductee to talk all about fatherhood. Alex is a first-generation entrepreneur and business owner who lives here in LA. He founded Pantone 294, El Lay Sports, runs a body shop, and is a dad on top of it all. Today, we talk all about his outlook on fatherhood, and how he is raising his daughters to be a great next generation of women. We also get into the differences in parenting between us an our parents, and how we are doing things differently and breaking cycles. Happy Father’s Day to all the Super Papás out there!
