This may be the most HILARIOUS episode of The Public Affair to date!!! I met Xavier some years ago and hit it off with him ever since! A lot of people in town hit up Xavier to coordinate their events like their quinceañeras and weddings. I knew that when I invited him on the show to talk about his success with LCI Waco Events, he was going to be as eccentric and extra as I always known him to be! I am so glad he came on and did not bite his tongue!
