Description

This week, I am joined by Betsy Lay, co-founder of Lady Justice Brewing. One of the few solely female, Latina, and Queer owned breweries whose mission is to donate profits to community organizations for girls and women.  Betsy and I discuss the brewery from dream to inception, what it’s like to run a business with friends, the difficulties in owning a brewery, and how grit and trusting your gut goes a long way to making dreams happen.  Most importantly; it takes a community.  Lady Justice relies heavily on it’s member-supported model, and we talk about what that means and how drinking beer CAN make a difference in the world!
