In this episode, I find all about Michelle Jones and how her Wayfinding Academy in Portland, OR is changing higher education for the better. A 2 year, accredited program, this academy takes into account the student from a whole-istic perspective and paves the way for success through non-traditional programming, guided mentorship, and internship programs. We talk about new initiatives for #blacklivesmatter and how dismantling systemic white supremacy can happen in higher education.
