Today’s case takes us to Redmond, Oregon to discuss an extremely messy and senseless case that shows just how dangerous “mob mentality” can be. But it’s also a case that shows us why youth offenders are treated differently. Because, as we know, our brains don’t fully develop until our mid-20s.
