On May 11, 2022, 25-year-old professional cyclist, Anna Moriah “Mo” Wilson, was shot 3 times in her friend’s home in Austin, TX where she was staying to prepare for an upcoming gravel race. Police identified 35-year-old yoga instructor, Kaitlin Armstrong, as a suspect within days.
Hours before the Wilson’s death, she met up with fellow cyclist Colin Strickland, boyfriend of Armstrong. They went swimming, had dinner, and drinks before Strickland dropped Wilson off at her friend's home. An hour later, Wilson's friend, Caitlin Cash, found her fatally shot inside the residence.
NOTE: This episode was recorded prior to the sentencing phase – Kaitlin Armstrong was found guilty and was sentenced to 90 years plus a $10,000 fine.
