Chris and Julio start off this week’s episode talking about Madison Bumgarner’s 7 inning no-hitter and debate whether it should be counted as an official no-hitter. Then they talk about the issues with the officiating around the league so far this season and how it is effecting the game.
After that, they discuss the black eye Matt Olson has from his batting cage injury, the return of Mike Fiers and a few roster changes from all the injuries the A’s have had the past week.
Then after the break they introduce a segment called “The Black Hole” where they talk about the struggles the 7-9 hitters are having in the lineup and who the main culprits are that are struggling so much this season.
