Dale Walls is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and leadership strategist with over two decades of experience building, leading, and advising high-performing teams and businesses.
After founding Corsica Technologies and growing it into one of the nation’s top IT service providers, Dale sold and retired from the company in 2020 and has since launced Gryphon Aegis, a family of companies that now includes Lions Guide (leadership development), The Digital Architects (IT services), Blue Mallard (digital marketing), and Premier Back Office Partners (finance and admin support). Through this work, he helps growth-minded business owners scale smarter—with clarity, courage, and discipline.
In addition to his business ventures, Dale serves as President of the UQA Youth Association since 2018, where he’s led youth sports programs focused on courage, character, and community. He is currently in his second cycle as a head football coach, having led teams to 3 tackle football championships and 3 flag football championships over the past 8 years.
Dale resides in his hometown of Centreville, Maryland with Jody, his high school sweetheart and wife of 25 years. Together they raise their three children and remain deeply involved in the local community through youth sports and local business initiatives.
Dale’s mission is to help leaders rise above distraction, align with purpose, and execute with intention—in business, in life, and on the field.
