As a quarterback, Milroe might have the highest ceiling of any quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft class. He also might have the lowest floor. But some teams are looking at Milroe just as a rusher, where he has also excelled, and that might provide enough of a Plan B for him to be enticing to a team that has needs at both quarterback and running back this offseason.
