The Pittsburgh Penguins have moved on from assistant coach Todd Reirden following back-to-back disappointing seasons. A lot goes into these decisions, but the failing power play is what we think attributed to this more than anything else. Head coach Mike Sullivan was very vocal about his desire to retain his coaching staff, but the decision was still made by Kyle Dubas. This begs the question, now what? Is there more change to come?
