What a difference a year makes for Michigan State. Heading into the Michigan game last year, MSU was looking to right the ship and even up the series in the modern era, since 1995. The game got away from MSU, then chaos and lost cool doomed Michigan State in an ugly post-game tunnel attack. Since then, things have only become less stable for Michigan State Football, who hope to circle the wagons and play their best game of the year under the Spartan Stadium lights this Saturday night.
On the other side, Michigan appears to be rolling but has yet to really be tested over 60 minutes. The Wolverines are looking to make another run at a B1G championship and College Football Playoff. They cannot get there without a win over Michigan State.
It all hopefully sets up for another classic battle between the sibling rivalries of the Mitten State. We've got everything you need to get ready for it, plus a look back at the recent history of this rivalry, on the Spartan Pride Podcast.
