On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan is joined by Jake McCutcheon to discuss his love for hunting and cooking wild game. As you will here in this episode, Jake is a huge fan of cooking venison, and he heads in to the timber with one goal in mind, to fill his freezer with clean organic deer meat. He loves big bucks just like the res of us, but cooking wild game is not only a way to fee his family, but as he mentions "a huge stress reliever. They guys get in to their favorite recipes, and Jake tries to talk Dan in to keeping the cull fat and other organs that usually make the gut pile.
