While we don't like to get customer complaints, if we understand that they are really just motivated customers who want what we have to offer but feel they didn't get it, we can turn those complaints into amazing experiences. Doing that will encourage those same customers to use the same commitment and energy to share with other people how awesome their experience was with us and that word of mouth advertising is better that anything we could ever buy.
