The show begins with a glimpse into the mind of Stallone with a diary entry about his brother Frank Stallone from 1965. While on the subject of Frank, Sly apologizes to Kurp for his seemingly insincere compliments and shows a recent clip from The Adam Carolla Show as an example. Next, it's Time For A Yo! followed by The Sexiest Disabilities and Cobra Talk: The Specialist Edition. Later, Sly wants to make Kurp feel better after his awkward rejection last week and shows some clips from the TLC show Love At First Kiss. When that fails, Sly gives Kurp the Rocky You Can Do It Pick Me Up he really needs. The show ends with smiles and a new diary entry for the day.
