Hi friends! This week I wanted to introduce a conversation I've been having a lot lately with clients & community.
It's the idea of staying in the creative process too long without following through with execution. For example - having the idea or concept for a project and spinning yourself in circles planning, thinking and perfecting the idea without making any tangible progress.
I use the analogy of a braid, which I hope helps you visualize this concept and feel into it for yourself!
I also get into the basic foundations of masculine and feminine energy, and speak to the idea of needing both to bring your creative ideas to completion.
