Here’s the hard truth. When it comes to self-promotion and selling ourselves, most of us suck. Truly. We can sell the sh*t out of our friends' stuff, talk all day about popular brands we LOVE, but when it comes to our own work…we literally fall all over our own words.
If your message is not clearly delivered then you’re not selling your stuff. Period.
Articulation online means being the living embodiment of your work, so that your aligned community members & potential buyers can see for themselves:
- Why you’re unique
- What you do and why they might want it
- How you can give them what they want
- Who you are and why they should buy from you
We want to boldly and artistically articulate ourselves online, yes. Duh…but, how do we do this AND make it fun, clear and concise?
