Description

Norine Higuchi Brown was a 31 year old from New Hyde Park, New York. She was the mother of two and was close friends with her former high school classmates. During the evening of December 12, 1990, Norine allegedly decided to drive the local grocery store to get cookie dough. She didn’t return. The next morning, Norine’s car was found the store’s parking lot. She was never seen again.
