Joint Venture Between Marcus Cope & Gian Maria PaniniAfter meeting at a Progressive Property Masterclass training course in February 2019, Marcus & Gian Maria formed a joint venture partnership. Their first project was a conversion of a Victorian terrace into a 9 bed en-suite HMO for the professional market. Their next project has completed and they are tendering builders for the project which is a block of two 2-bed flats and a 4 bed HMO on the ground floor, which needs a cosmetic refurb with a little reorganisation of the flats to optimise the layout Their latest project is a church hall conversion and is just going into planning after being through a pre-application process with some adjusts being made to the design.
