When you are creating a business, people will tell you that you need to think about your ‘mission’, ‘your why’ and your values’. This was trickier for Christina as she came into her business as an employee and then took the business over. Green Umbrella definitely have shared values but they have never been written down so Christina wanted to take some time to share her process in thinking and defining these.
