Welcome to another episode of The Raising Successful Kids Podcasts.
Your host Irene Santineer welcomes fellow successful mum Sam to discuss how to raise kids with an entrepreneurial mindset in this new series of 'In conversation with'
Simply social skills implemented from a young age can help to form professional manners, things such as eating at the table and holding a conversation from a young age can help to build confidence and create a learning mentality.
Irene and Sam discuss the need to educate your children and why it is important to always encourage learning. As a parent you have an obligation to help your child think differently, the challenges you lay as a parent to help your child are so integral, that they become routine and your child begins to think differently.
Understand that you must encourage and not push your children to success and ensure you learn the techniques to help your child to switch off, when not to be creative or to learn and when to simply relax.
Your responsibility is to arm your child with all the tools to be successful, and then it’s up to them how they use them in life. Learn how to teach your child to see everyone's point of view and become non judgemental, as empathy can be a key component to success.
Finally ensure you are instilling drive and passion into your children’s lives, so they can be happy and in future turn a hobby into a job and merge both passion and profession and inspire you as you inspire them.
