With 25 years of language teaching experience in Primary and Secondary Education, ChriSOULa is the founder of WHOLISTIC Colour Therapy Programme for schools, families and workplace, a totally experiential, yet structured therapeutic programme which utilizes light, colour, sound, natural aromas and materials in order to build confidence and self-esteem in children and young people.
She believes in the need to identify and address young people’s behavioural, mental and emotional issues early to be able to implement intervention strategies Wholistically, both at school and at home.
Her work blends ancient knowledge from across a variety of traditions integrating over 12 years of experience and wisdom in elemental and vibrational energy healing including Colour and Numerology.
