In this episode, Paul discusses football. He believes the beautiful game of football (that he grew up with, and has enjoyed for many years) has become obscene; it’s become corrupt & immoral !
Paul accepts these are strong words, but backs them up by challenging the attitudes and behaviours of modern high-profile football players. He is incensed that these so-called athletes are role models to young fans of the game; teaching them that it is okay to cheat, to dive, to con the referee and try to get the opposition booked and sent off (to gain an advantage)!
