After suffering from a lengthy period of depression, Daniel Rees-Morgan sometimes found it difficult to summon up the will to make it through each day. The problem stemmed from the fact that Daniel did not know the root cause of this depression, which prohibited any kind of repair.
But after deciding to invest the little energy he had into self-development, Daniel was able to attune himself the voice of his own heart, and by doing so was able to start the long road to recovery.
