What is touch? There are different forms: physical touch and connecting to someone energetically. When I was learning massage, my class remarked that – even though we weren’t very good at it at the beginning – just that touch, that human connection really did something. It’s really important and I think that maybe we’ve lost track of that a bit in society now.

We’re taught in school that this is the way things are and it’s all fixed, but it’s not, it’s fluid and flexible and we don’t have to go with the thought that ‘this is how it is’, question it, dance with it and play with it, otherwise we’re confined to these ways of thinking that may or may not serves us.
