Gitte Winter Graugaard is the author of the best-selling bedtime meditations books “The Children’s Meditations in my Heart” selling in more than 20 countries, and has recently published the first booklet in the series “The Valley of Hearts”. Her books are teaching thousands of children to fall asleep while filling their hearts with love. Gitte also helps adults reconnect to their hearts and find passion in life.
Today, Gitte joins Paul to talk about duality of light and love and how love is always an option, and how it is never too late to start living from the heart.
As Gitte says, teaching our children to become attuned to their own energies is vital to the development of their young hearts. But these lessons can only be passed along to the next generation if we learn it first ourselves.
