Bronagh was a self-proclaimed nerd for science, maths, and sports when she was a kid. As if these weren’t enough, she has also always been very creative. She is lucky that her parents have always been supportive of all her talents. She has been able to explore and do her creative pursuits freely. She even ventured into design at the start of her career.
For almost 3 years, she dedicated her efforts to the security profession. During this time, her interest in knowing more about the human mindset, values, behaviours, and interaction sprouted and grew. Maybe not ‘officially’, but this is when she knew she could do more for others.
Right now, she’s busy establishing her credibility. Though she has enough knowledge and experience, she wants to be the one-stop-shop of her clients when they need life or business coaching. She’s learning about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (or NLP) among others to her clients combat trauma, stress, and limiting beliefs.
It can be difficult for some people to accept and get over mistakes. Some experiences can cause trauma. Aside from effective techniques to cope, Bronagh also knows, understands, and can empathise. This is an important thing in building trust. Always find someone you are comfortable telling your story to.
