But when we take a look at their middle and senior management, the number of women in position is still noticeably low. Men still dominate the management positions.
A business should have a strategic agenda to ensure business growth and also maintain a healthy organisational structure. If one intentionally aims for a diverse board of management and/or thoroughly built a pipeline, policies, and plans, then there’s nowhere to go but up.
An indestructible mindset is the real deal. Work on yourself inside out so you can get the results you’re aiming for. According to Jeannette, our values and beliefs are entrenched to our behaviours and attitude around everything, including wealth. So, if you already believe that you’re meant for it, then you are.
Jeannette is a mentor as well as a mentee. It has made a massive difference in her life to have someone guide her in decision making, so she wants to do the same for others. She shares that there’s so much fulfilment in seeing someone flourish and see their optimum potential.
