Shona Phimister has been on her journey since 2019 and has over time developed her mindset and found her passion.
She works with young people excluded from mainstream education and her ambition is to start a new alternative provision for those young people that need something a little bit different.
Shona is passionate about vocational education and her new school is all about entrepreneurship and taking action.
Part of the school focus is on educating young people about finance and how they can build assets through property.
As well as working full time while on her property journey, Shona has studied for her headship qualification and run a friendly networking event for people on their property journeys which promises a fun and interactive session with lots of smiles and new friends.

ABOUT THE HOST
