Normalisation is Becky’s solution to the sometimes chauvinistic attitude she encounters. By increasing the visibility of women in her sector, it will eventually become normalised, and won’t be a “thing” anymore.
Find out what your thing is. What excites you? What drives you? When you find it, work back from there. Find a way to make that thing your main focus in life.
