Property Sourcing: This is where you’re the middleman between the investor and the seller. You can source all different types of property, depending on your investors requirements.

Project Management: You can manage someone else’s properties for them, especially if they are not local to their properties’ areas. It’s a good way to supplement your sourcing too. 

Buying and Holding: This is a long-term strategy in which you buy and hold the property whilst the value of it increases. 

Flipping or Trading: Buy a property, add value and sell on to make a profit. It’s a good way to get larger chunks of money.

Classroom Training: A lot of people are divided on this but if you do it ethically and true then it’s a good idea.  

One-on-One Mentoring: Find someone to help and guide through the property process – you can teach them your knowledge but also learn from their mistakes to develop your own skills and knowledge.
